Bespoke services are tailored to the needs of our client and their properties. Whether part time, full time, or covering specific contract periods such as additional cover during times of high-intensity events, Omnium delivers day-to-day maintenance and management, together with exceptional ad-hoc and project management services which add considerable value to our clients’ properties.

Every instruction is managed independently, working on monthly fees or hourly rates according to the breadth of project scope. Omnium operates an ‘open book’ basis, and we do not charge commissions or introductory fees, nor add percentages to costs negotiated on behalf of
our clients.
